By creating an account or using the InkiMinki app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to use our app.
- By using InkiMinki, you confirm that you are not married or are divorced.
- You represent and warrant that you have never been convicted under any applicable law.

3. Use of App and Services

- The account with the App is for your personal use only and is non-transferable.
- The App is currently intended for users within India.
- You are responsible for the content and information provided on the App.
- All risks of online or offline interactions remain with the User.

4. No Guarantees

InkiMinki provides matches on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee the number or quality of matches.

5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

- Subscriptions can be purchased via in-app purchases through payment methods like credit card or UPI.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the subscription period.
- Changes or cancellations for subscriptions purchased through third-party stores must be handled via those platforms.

6. Refunds

All charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, abuse, or harm to another person.
• Illegal or unauthorized use of the app.
• Impersonation of a person or entity.
• Spamming or soliciting other users.
